Stage 3 of 5 · Nurture
You're Reading the Proof Right Now
"Trust compounds. So does the revenue that follows it."
|
|
This newsletter is my Nurture stage in action. Like clockwork, it shows up in your inbox — a useful idea, a specific move, no fluff. That consistency is what builds the kind of trust that eventually turns a subscriber into a buyer.
Here's where most creators get stuck at the Nurture stage: they know they need to show up consistently, but the whole thing depends on them sitting down and doing it every single week. The moment life gets busy — a launch, a family thing, a bad week — nurture is the first thing that falls off.
Nurture that depends entirely on your manual effort isn't a system. It's a habit that breaks under pressure — and your flywheel stops every time it does.

The 1% Move
Find the Nurture Touchpoint That Only Works When You Show Up
|
|
Take five minutes today and map out how your audience hears from you between opt-in and purchase. Your newsletter, your welcome sequence, your follow-up emails, your social content — all of it.
Now ask: which of those touchpoints only happens when you personally sit down and make it happen? That's your vulnerability. That's where your Nurture stage breaks.
|
This week's move
Identify one nurture touchpoint in your business that's fully manual and ask: what would it take to automate this? You don't have to build it today — just name it. That's the first step toward a flywheel that runs without you.
|
The compounding habit here is straightforward: every touchpoint you automate is one less thing that breaks when life gets in the way. Your audience keeps hearing from you. Trust keeps building. The flywheel keeps moving.
If you want to actually build those automations — not just think about them — that's exactly what we're doing next week in the AI Automation Lab.

Your Next Step
Build the Automations. Keep Your Newsletter Running.
The Newsletter AI Automation Lab runs April 20–24. We're taking the nurture touchpoints that live on your to-do list and building the systems that run them automatically — so your audience keeps hearing from you even when you're heads-down on a launch, teaching a class, or just taking a weekend off.
Newsletter Profit Club members, you're already in — see you Monday. Not a member yet? You can still join us for the Lab.

P.S. Once your nurture is running on autopilot, your funnel needs to be ready to convert. That's what Funnel Fix: Get It Done Week is for — April 21–23, we fix what's leaking. → lab.destinicopp.com/funnel-fix
