I Built 3 AI Tools for the Funnel Fix — Here's What They Actually Do

Not prompts. Not templates. Working tools — and you can use them right now.

Most creators know their funnel isn't converting the way it should. They just don't know which part is broken — the page, the copy, the follow-up, the offer clarity. So they guess. They rewrite the headline, tweak the button, send one more email. Nothing moves.

The problem isn't effort. It's that without data, you're optimizing blind. And without the right tools, even your AI output stays generic — because generic inputs produce generic output.

This week I built three AI tools specifically to solve that problem. They diagnose where you're losing buyers, write the copy that fixes it, and build the sequences that bring non-buyers back. And they interview you before producing anything — which is what makes the output actually specific to your funnel.

Three AI Tools That Do the Funnel Work With You

The Funnel Fix started yesterday. Today is office hours — I'm reviewing funnels live at 1:00pm EDT. But whether you're jumping in today or catching the replay, these three tools are what we're using all week and you can use them on any funnel, any time.

Here's exactly what each one does:

This week's build

Tool 1 — Funnel Performance Analyzer GPT

You paste your raw funnel numbers — page views, conversions, buyers, show-up rate. It asks your traffic type (warm, cold, or mixed), selects the right benchmark set, scores every metric red/yellow/green, and gives you a prioritized fix list with specific lever recommendations for your traffic type. No spreadsheet. No guesswork.

Tool 2 — Funnel Copy Writer GPT

Tell it which page you're rewriting — tripwire sales page, webinar registration page, order bump, or upsell. It interviews you about your offer, audience, price, and #1 objection before writing a single word. Output: complete page copy in plain text AND a branded HTML version ready to paste into your page builder.

Tool 3 — Funnel Email Sequence Writer GPT

Tell it your funnel type. It writes your non-buyer follow-up, no-show sequence, or post-watch close sequence — with full email copy, 3 subject line options per email, platform setup instructions, and the prompts it used so you can iterate. Works for tripwire, live webinar, and evergreen webinar funnels.

Also included — Claude versions of all three

If you prefer Claude over ChatGPT, there's a Claude skill for each tool — Funnel Scorecard Analyzer, Funnel Copy Writer, and Funnel Email Sequences. Same interview process, same output quality, same traffic-adjusted benchmarks. Install them in Claude settings and trigger them the same way you'd use the GPTs.
