This isn’t about sounding like a robot. It’s about using AI in a way that feels sustainable, soulful, and 100% you.

One of my favorite features in ChatGPT is Projects and it’s been a game-changer for managing massive initiatives like the HobbyScool expansion.

Instead of juggling dozens of Google Docs and endless tabs, I use Projects as my all-in-one project manager, ops team, and marketing team.

Here’s how I set it up:

• One chat = one sub-project. For example, I’ve got a chat for our LinkedIn funnel setup (Sales Navigator + automation), another for legal contracts, one for 1099 contractor onboarding, and even separate chats for sales page drafts.
• Pull in custom GPTs. When I need specialized help (like legal contracts, copywriting, or funnel mapping), I bring in one of my custom GPTs to work inside that chat.
• Keep everything organized. Instead of digging through random documents, I can pick up exactly where I left off. Everything lives in one neat project hub.
• Easy to share. If I want my VA to take a draft sales page and load it into Leadpages, I just share the chat, no messy back-and-forth.

It’s like having a back-pocket project management system that actually thinks with you, instead of just storing tasks.
