On Tuesday, this happened: a new 1:1 client found me by asking ChatGPT for “coaches who help with digital products.”

My name popped up, she booked a discovery call (we chatted), and she signed up the same day.

Here are 3 things you can do to increase your chances of being “AI discovered” too:

#1: Optimize your online presence.
AI tools surface what’s publicly visible. Make sure your website clearly says who you help, what you do, and uses the same keywords your audience would search.

#2: Claim your niche.
Don’t just be “a coach” or “a creator.” Be specific: “I help beginners grow backyard gardens even if they don't have a ton of space." The clearer your positioning, the more likely you’ll get recommended.

#3: Create content AI can reference.
Blog posts, podcast episodes, YouTube videos, LinkedIn articles all give AI something to “pull from” when recommending experts.

What to see how you rank with the AI engines? I found this cool tool from HubSpot which analyzes how platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini interpret your brand.

AI isn’t just changing how people work, it’s changing how they find us.

📌 BOOKMARK WORTHY STRATEGY

Q4 is when affiliate marketing ramps up.

Think holiday promos, gift guides, Black Friday deals.

But it’s also when a lot of creators miss out because they pick random products or spread themselves too thin.

Here are 3 quick rules to keep in mind as you choose what to promote this season:

#1: Choose programs that align naturally with your audience.
Your readers should think, “Of course this makes sense!” when they see your recommendation.

#2: Prioritize recurring + evergreen programs.
Look for affiliate programs where you can promote on a regular basis...not just when the creator is in “launch mode.”

Consistent promotions = consistent affiliate income, without waiting for someone else’s calendar.

#3: Use what’s already done for you.
Swipe copy, graphics, and pre-written promo emails save time and let you promote without starting from scratch.
