Someone in my peer mastermind made stickers.

WWDD.

What Would Destini Do.

I laughed when I saw them. And then I got a little emotional — because that sticker represents something I didn't know I needed until I had it.

The Weird Hermits

A few years ago I joined a small peer mastermind. Eleven women entrepreneurs. We call ourselves the Weird Hermits.

We meet every single week for an hour and a half. We have a group thread that runs constantly. And twice a year, we get in a room together — and every single person gets a 30 to 45 minute hot seat where the whole group brings their best thinking to your biggest problem.

It has been the single best thing I've ever done. For my business. For my mental health. For my sense of connection in a world that has felt increasingly isolating — especially as an entrepreneur.

Here's the thing about building a digital product business: it can be deeply lonely.

"You're making decisions in a vacuum. You're processing the hard stuff alone. You're watching the world get more chaotic by the week and wondering how it's affecting your business — and there's nobody in your immediate circle who really gets it."

That's what the Weird Hermits fixed for me.

Not because we all do the same thing. We don't. We all have wildly different strengths, different audiences, different business models. And that's exactly what makes it so powerful. When I bring a hard question to that group, I'm not getting one perspective. I'm getting eleven — all from people who are actually in it, who have skin in the game, and who will tell me the truth.

Someone made a sticker. Because the collective wisdom of that group became something worth celebrating.

I want to build that for you

Today I'm opening the doors to the Creator's MBA Boardroom — a free strategic community for digital product entrepreneurs.

But I want to be clear about what I actually want this to be.

Not just another community. Not a place where you lurk and occasionally like a post.

A peer mastermind in spirit. A place where you show up, introduce yourself, bring your real questions, and find the people who get what you're building.
