The AI Newsletter Summit starts Tuesday, so here's your week.
I put this summit together for anyone whose newsletter takes most of a day to write and still isn't bringing in much money.
From Tuesday, October 27 through Thursday, October 29, there are 27 free workshops where people show you the AI setup behind their own newsletter.
The live schedule is below, so you can put the sessions you want on your calendar this weekend.

Here's when to show up live. All times are Eastern.
Tuesday at noon, I'm kicking things off with Write It, Grow It, Get Paid: Where Does Your Newsletter Need AI First? You'll score your own newsletter during it, so you know which workshops to watch first.
Tuesday at 1pm, I'm going live with Kit to show you behind the scenes of how I use AI and the Kit MCP to run my emails. Kit is hosting this one, so it's a separate sign-up from the summit. Grab your spot on Kit's page.
Wednesday at noon, Monica Froese teaches Newsletter on Autopilot: From Doer to Orchestrator.
Thursday at 11:30am, I'm teaching Get Paid: How to Make Money From Every Newsletter You Send. Everyone who attends the summit gets the Newsletter Profit Calculator.
The 23 recorded workshops go up Tuesday at 9am ET and come down Friday at 9am ET, so you have three days to watch the ones you pick.
