This Week
I'm taking you behind closed doors
I want to tell you why I'm doing this event before I get into anything else, because it's the thing I've been most looking forward to all year.
Almost everything you read about what's working right now is either a year out of date or it's somebody's highlight reel, and neither one of those helps you decide what to actually do next in your own business. So I got a group of entrepreneurs together, five or six of them on each panel, and I'm spending a week asking them the questions I actually want answered.
| • |
What did you change this year, and what actually happened when you did it? |
| • |
What did you spend real money on that went nowhere? |
| • |
What stopped working this year that used to work fine? |
Here's the whole week, plus everything else worth your time this month.

Don't Miss This
Closed Door Talks starts August 10
Five days of entrepreneurs answering the questions they'd normally only answer in private. What flopped, what the numbers really looked like, and the pivots they haven't announced anywhere yet.
We run one panel a day at 12pm EDT. Monday opens with The Flops Panel, and I've got Caryn Gillen, Sage Grayson, Jen Liddy, Matt McWilliams, Rosemary Dede, Teresa Heath-Wareing and Braden Drake coming to talk about the launches that didn't work. The rest of the week is listed just below.
It's free to watch live, and if you can't be there, every panel drops into a private podcast feed the same day so you can listen to it on a walk.
We read audience questions live too, so come with the one you'd normally only ask inside your mastermind.

This Is How We Claude
Kate Kordsmeier pulled seventeen of us together, me included, and had everybody walk through the Claude setups we're actually running in our businesses. It's a hundred pages, it's free, and it comes down on August 31.

Speaker Spotlight
Kate Kordsmeier, Success with Soul
Kate and I are in the same peer mastermind, and she is one of the very few people I know who will tell you her actual revenue numbers without rounding them up first. Same with AI. She'll show you what she's really using it for instead of describing it in the abstract, and that's exactly what she got everybody to do in this guide.

AI in Action Summit: Contributors Wanted
I'm looking for people who can teach the build and not just show off the finished result. If you can walk somebody through the prompts, the tools and the workflow behind one AI system you actually use, you're a fit.

HobbyScool: 15 Summits Open for Speakers
My other brand just released the full 2027 lineup and every theme on it is open, which is twelve summits next year plus the last three of this one. Speakers earn 50% on the pass, the order bump and the upsell, and they keep every subscriber they pick up along the way. We've paid out $126,077 to 313 partners so far, and our summits run 7,000 to 20,000 registrations each. If you teach a craft or a making skill and you've got a list, go look at the calendar.
