This Week

The Amplify Lab Opens in Nine Days

Between HobbyScool and Creator's MBA I've been running affiliate programs for years, and on the HobbyScool side alone we've paid out $126,077 to 313 partners. That's revenue my partners brought in for me.

Most creators I talk to know they should have an affiliate program and never start one, because nobody explains the setup part: what commission to pay, who to ask first, and what you actually hand somebody once they say yes.

So I'm running a full week where we do the whole setup together, start to finish, and you come out the other side with a live affiliate program.

Don't Miss This

The Amplify Lab · August 24 to September 1

A full week inside the AI Mastermind where members set up their affiliate program with me, and we use AI to build all of it. Here's what we work through:

Pick the model  and check whether your offer is ready for affiliates

Set the commission  and work out what you can afford to pay

Choose your first partners  and write the email you send to ask them

Build the promo materials  including the swipe copy and graphics your partners will use

It's included in the AI Mastermind, so if you're already a member you don't do anything except show up on the 24th. If you're not, joining before then gets you the whole week.

AI Exposed: The Claude Edition

Thirty-two sessions on how people are using Claude in their businesses, across Skills, Projects, Artifacts, Cowork, and Connectors. I'm on Wednesday at 3:10 Eastern showing the Cowork folder that writes all of my newsletters. The pass is $49 until Monica's kickoff call on the 17th and $69 after that, and it comes with 33 resources built by the speakers, including my Paid Newsletter Playbook. You join her free Skool community first and then the pass is in there.

In Case You Missed It

All Five Closed Door Talks Panels Are in the Feed

We wrapped yesterday. Flops, Offer Evolution, List and Email, AI Operator, and Business Model, with five to seven entrepreneurs on each one answering the questions they'd normally only answer in private.

A contracts course that sold one copy a month, repackaged as a $30 template library, has now made almost $200,000. Somebody paid $2,500 for a single solo email and it sent around 600 leads back. A 31-day event ran on automated workflows and finished 15 days early. That's the level these went to.

All five recordings are on the access page along with a free gift from every panelist, and they stay up through August 31.

Listen to all five →

The Back Room · $47

Keep Everything and Build Your Q4 Plan With Me

The free recordings come down August 31. The Back Room is $47 and you keep all five panel recordings for good, plus the Closed Door Playbook, which walks you through the six decisions from the week and saves your answers as you go, searchable transcripts, and a one-page takeaway per panel.

It also gets you into the Q4 Money Map, a live 75-minute session with me on Thursday, August 20 at 12pm EDT where we build your September to December plan around the Creator Growth Flywheel: the one stage that's dragging your business, the one offer you lead with, and your promo calendar for all four months. If you can't make it live, the session is recorded and you keep the replay.
