The Brief

Why I Built This One

I learn by watching other people do the thing. When I can see the actual application and the process behind it, that's when I can figure out how to do it in my own business.

That's the reason AI in Action Summit exists, and it opens Tuesday. There are things that take me a lot of time, like making event images, and things I've put off for years because I figured it would be so much work, like setting up an affiliate program. Watching somebody walk through how they actually did it is what gets those off my list.

So I told every speaker to show their real setup, the prompts and the tools and where things are connected and what broke the first time, the version you'd show a friend who asked how you did it.

Here's what's worth your time this week.

Don't Miss This

AI in Action Summit Opens Tuesday

AI in Action Summit

You'll walk out with systems you can turn on the same day. AI in Action Summit is free, September 15 through 17, and it's 27 workshops from 22 creators showing the AI systems they actually run their businesses on.

I'm doing three live sessions myself. Tuesday I walk through the whole map of how I run two businesses on one AI system, Wednesday I show how I run 12 summits a year in about 5 hours a week, and Thursday five people bring me something they're stuck on and I build it live on screen.

Everything unlocks Tuesday, September 15 at 9am ET and the free window closes Friday, September 18 at 9am ET.

If you want to keep all of it, the VIP Pass is $47 until doors open Tuesday morning and then it goes to $67. That's permanent access to every session, the resource vault, the AI in Action Playbook, the Tool Stack Table, and full transcripts with a one-page takeaway for each session.

Two More Worth Your Calendar

Free through Oct 6 · Hosted by Holly Ostrout

The Making of a Damn Good Book

A private podcast where fifteen of us go behind the scenes on our books and what we did to make them work for the business, in episodes of 20 minutes or less. I'm one of them, talking about the AI companion I built for the Creator's MBA Playbook so the book keeps doing work after somebody finishes reading it. Every episode is already up.

Selling High-Ticket: Strategies That Work Now

Fourteen of us walk through how we sell our high-ticket offers right now, including the sales call debate, the belief shifts that let us raise prices, and one $190K launch that ran with no ad spend. I'm one of the contributors and the whole thing comes down September 30.

Speaker Spotlight · Sponsored

Monica Froese, on Getting AI to Do the Work Instead of Talking About It

Monica is the third of the live sponsor sessions at AI in Action Summit, and hers is about agentic connectors, which is the point where AI stops handing you a block of text and starts doing things inside the tools you already pay for. Her session is called "Your AI Finally Has Hands: How Agentic Connectors Automate the Work You're Still Doing Manually."

She's live Thursday, September 17 at 12pm ET during the summit. Catch her at AI in Action Summit →
