Pick your three. Before Tuesday morning.

The sessions that matter to you aren't the same ones that matter to me.

The AI in Action Summit opens Tuesday and it's free. Everybody who registers is working on something different, so the sessions worth your time aren't the same ones worth mine. That's worth sorting out before Tuesday instead of on Tuesday.

So pick your sessions now while you're sitting here reading this. I'll give you my three and then a way to find yours. One of mine is the live session Thursday at 1pm ET, where five people bring something they're stuck on and I build it live while everybody else watches.

The 1% AI Move

Start With These Three Sessions

These three build on each other. The first one is what you send, the second one is what you do after a live event, and the third one is me building your thing while you watch.

Kate Kordsmeier, Personalized Emails Workflow. How to send something that reads like you wrote it to one person instead of to your whole list at once. This is on demand, so you can watch it any time during the week.

Dani Paige, The Post Webinar Ritual. What she does with the people who showed up, right after the webinar ends, which is usually when everything goes quiet. Also on demand.

Bring One Stuck Thing. We'll Build It Live. That one's mine, Thursday at 1pm ET. Five people bring something they're stuck on and I build it live while everybody else watches. I'm picking those five from what people tell me they're stuck on, so if you want one of the spots, tell me below.

Your move this week

That's my three. To pick yours, open the registration page, copy the whole thing, and paste it into ChatGPT or Claude. Tell it what you're working on in your business right now and ask it which sessions you should watch.

Then post your picks in this thread in the Boardroom, and while you're there tell me the one thing you're stuck on right now.

That's how I'm picking the five people I build with live on Thursday. You can also just hit reply to this email and tell me there.

You have to be in the Boardroom to watch any of it, because that's where all the workshops play, so posting your picks now gets you in there before Tuesday morning.

Everything opens Tuesday at 9am ET and stays up until Friday at 9am, and the live sessions run at set times during the week. If you haven't registered yet, go do that first.
