Most creators have one move when revenue dips. Make something new. A new lead magnet. A new offer. A new launch. More work, all of it pointed at the front of the funnel.

Here's the thing. The fastest money in your business is already sitting in the back of it. The person who read your sales page and didn't buy. The cart abandoned at checkout. The 90-day-quiet subscriber who liked you enough to join and then went dark. They already raised their hand. Most of us never follow up.

That's not a traffic problem. It's a recovery problem. And recovery is the one part of your funnel you can build once and basically never touch again.
