The AI Insight

AI Can Work Inside Your Tools Now

Most of us just have not turned that connection on yet.

Yesterday I audited all five of my Newsletter Profit Club funnels, every page, every pixel, every email, and I finished in an afternoon.

Here is how I did it. I connected Claude to my Kit account and to my landing pages in HTMLPub using their MCPs. An MCP is just the connection that lets Claude work directly inside another tool. So Claude went straight into Kit and into my landing pages, the opt-in pages, the sales pages, all of it, and audited them itself.

This is what you can do once you connect AI to your real tools. It reads your actual pages and emails and makes the edits for you, instead of just telling you what to fix. It caught things I missed, and things I probably wouldn't have caught on my own.

The Build

How I Audited Five Funnels in One Afternoon

Most of us treat a funnel as done the day we build it. You set it up, move on, and never go back to check it. The pieces keep running, but nobody is watching them. A real review by hand means a week of clicking through every page and every email, which is why most of us never do it.

Here is how I did it. I opened Claude, started a new chat, and gave it the prompt below. I pasted in the links to all five funnels and told it to start with the opt-in page on each one, then work through the pages, the tracking pixels, and the links between them.

This week's prompt

"Audit my funnel. You have access to my Kit account through the Kit MCP and my landing pages through the HTMLPub MCP. Here are the links to my funnel pages: [paste your links]. Start with the opt-in page, check the tracking pixels, then look at the pages and the links and redirects between them, and make sure every page points to the right next step. Then go through every email sequence one at a time. For each piece, check for broken or dead links, tracking that is firing more than once, duplicate or repeated content, the wrong brand name, calls to action that point to the wrong place, and anything that is hurting conversion. Flag everything before you change it, and do not publish anything live until I tell you to."

The main thing I was watching for was that every page pointed to the new tripwire funnel I had just set up, and that the Facebook pixel was firing once instead of two or three times. Then I let it work, one funnel at a time.

It found two sequences where the email that was supposed to make the offer had been replaced by a duplicate, so the offer never went out. It found a tracking pixel firing twice, and links still pointing to a shop I closed months ago.

Two rules I gave the AI. Identify every issue and tell me what you found. Don't change anything until I tell you to change it.

Your Move

Try This Before Sunday

Pick one funnel. Go to Claude and make sure you've got the connector set up for your tools, the Kit MCP for your emails, and HTMLPub or Leadpages for your pages. Then paste the prompt above and let it do the analysis.

No connector for your tool? Use Cowork in Claude. It can open Chrome, log in as you, and do the same audit right inside the tool. I've done this with Squarespace, which has no MCP. Claude logged in and updated a stack of blog posts for me. One tip if you go that route: start it, then walk away and let it work. Come back and review. Don't keep working in other tabs, that's where it gets messy.

How to Share Claude Skills With Your Team

Once you start building Claude skills to run your newsletter, the next problem shows up the moment someone else on your team runs them too. You improve your copy, your VA keeps running the version she already has, and a few weeks later your work doesn't match and neither of you can tell which one is right.

In about an hour we'll set up one shared home for your skills, so your whole team installs them once and stays on the current version. You'll leave with it built and a working skill already inside it, and you'll skip paying for extra seats just to share. No code.

The Kit MCP Workshop: Run Your Newsletter From Inside Claude

Right now your newsletter data lives in dashboards you don't have time to open, and building a sequence means clicking through Kit screen by screen. Kit just released the Kit MCP. It connects your Kit account directly to Claude, so you can ask questions about your real list and get answers from live data. No exports. No spreadsheets.

And it doesn't stop at reporting. You can build the actual assets too. I run my whole newsletter backend this way now, and on July 15 I'm walking you through the entire setup live on my own account. Come with your Kit account connected and build right alongside me.
