I Built Each of My Affiliates Their Own Page

You already did the hard work. Advocate is where you let other people spread it.

Advocate is the last stage of the flywheel, and it's my favorite one. It's where you take everything you already built and let other people carry it further. Testimonials, word of mouth, and affiliates who promote you to their own audience. You're not making something new here. You're getting more mileage out of what already works.

One of my goals this year was to look at both of my brands and really build up the affiliate programs. I started with Newsletter Profit Club, because it already converts well and people who join it tell other people about it on their own. The offer was doing the hard part. The gap was on my side.

Here's what I mean. Most affiliate programs hand a partner a signup link and some generic swipe copy, and then leave the rest up to them. But promoting you is one more thing on a very long to-do list. It's hard for a busy creator to stop what they're doing and pull together all of your promotional material on their own.

So I stopped sending partners a link and a folder of files. I started building each one their own page instead.

The Build

What Goes on a Partner Page

Each page is built for one specific partner. It has their affiliate links ready to copy, their commission spelled out, and a coupon code with their name on it that gives their audience a lower price than the public one. That last part matters, because the offer feels like it's coming from them.

Then there's the part I like most. The page gives them ready-to-send emails written in their voice, not a generic template. If I'm on their email list, AI reads the emails they've already sent and drafts the swipe copy to match how they write. If I'm not on their list, it pulls their voice from their website and social instead. They open the page and the copy already sounds like them.

You don't need my exact setup to use this. Here's the version anyone can run this week.

This Week's Build

Pick one partner. Grab their last few emails or a page from their website. Ask any AI tool to draft two or three promo emails in their voice, plus a short PS line they can drop into any email. Then read it over and fix anything that's off before you send. The AI gets you most of the way there. You make it sound like them and make sure it's accurate.

It also changed my outreach. Instead of asking someone if they'd think about promoting me, I get to say, "I built you a page, go take a look." That's a much easier message to send, and a much easier one to say yes to.

And a partner who promotes you once can send you buyers for a long time. That's the whole point of the Advocate stage. You did the work already. This is how you get other people to spread it.
