And you can do it without paying an arm and a leg for a Claude team account. Here's your answer.

You'll get far using AI in your business on your own. You'll get farther when your VA and your contractors are running your skills too, not just you. That's the jump from a tool you use to a system your whole team runs.

Here's where most people get stuck. It looks like sharing your skills means putting everyone on a paid Claude team account, which gets expensive fast. It doesn't have to. There's a free way to share them, and that's exactly what this email is about.

The Build

Give Your Skills One Shared Home (No Code)

If you update a skill by exporting it, sending it to your team, and hoping they replace the old one, that process falls apart fast. Here's the setup that fixes it, and the whole thing is free.
This week's build

1. Make one private repo on GitHub and turn it into a skills marketplace.

2. Put your skills inside it, each in its own folder.

3. Your team installs the whole library once, with a couple of clicks (or two short commands in Claude Code).

4. Turn on auto-update so everyone stays current without lifting a finger.

5. From then on you improve a skill once and everyone gets it, and a bad edit is a two-click undo.

Two things worth knowing before you start. You build it with a free app that runs entirely on buttons, so you never touch code. And the sharing itself is free, which means you don't have to put your team on paid Claude seats just to keep everyone on the same skills.
