Two Events Next Week, Both About November

Two things start next week. The Amplify Lab opens Monday inside the AI Mastermind and we spend the week setting up affiliate programs. The Black Friday Summit starts Tuesday and I'm speaking on day one.

Both of those are about November. Affiliate partners take weeks to line up, and a Black Friday offer takes weeks to build, so August is a great time to start this.

One thing closes before either of them starts, so I put that first below. Then the rest of the calendar, plus four open calls still taking applications.

Don't Miss This

The Amplify Lab Starts Monday

A full week inside the AI Mastermind. Members set up their affiliate program with me and we use AI to build it. Here's the week:

Monday  pre-work drops, about ten minutes of decisions to make before the live

Wednesday at 1pm Eastern  we build the program live, start to finish

Thursday  replay goes up, and you keep building from there

Through September 1  post your program in the Boardroom and I give you feedback on it

By Friday your program is live. On the HobbyScool side we've paid out $126,077 to 313 partners. I never had to go find any of that revenue myself.

It's included in the AI Mastermind. If you're already a member, just show up Monday. If you're not, join before then and you get the whole week.

Closes Wednesday, August 26 · Free · Hosted by Elizabeth Goddard

Lizzy's Summer Party

A free bundle of 75 digital products from people who actually run online businesses, and if you bought them one at a time it would run you over $5,700. My Black Friday Profit Party workshop is one of them and it normally sells for $77. Grab your invite before midnight Pacific on Wednesday, and once you're in you have until Sunday the 30th to go back through and claim the individual products you want.

The Black Friday Summit

Twenty-six speakers over three days, and everybody got the same instruction: bring one Black Friday strategy you've actually run. Day one is the offer and the pricing. Day two is email, sales pages, and partnerships. Day three is people walking through their own campaigns with the numbers attached. I'm on day one, Tuesday, and I'm walking through five offer structures that sell without touching your price, using my own campaigns from both businesses. It's free, each day's sessions are live for 24 hours, and the All-Access Pass that keeps everything is $49 until noon Eastern on Monday and $65 after that.

Comes down August 31 · Hosted by Kate Kordsmeier

This Is How We Claude

Kate pulled seventeen of us together, me included, and had everybody walk through the Claude setups we're actually running in our businesses. Mine is the skill that writes my newsletters. It's a hundred pages, it's free, and it comes down at midnight Eastern on the 31st.

Closed Door Talks: The Back Room

All five panels are done and they're in the private podcast feed through August 31. Flops, Offer Evolution, List and Email, AI Operator, and Business Model, with five or six entrepreneurs on each one answering questions they'd normally only answer in private. Registering free still gets you the feed, but it closes at the end of the month.

The Back Room is the version that doesn't expire. It's $47 and it keeps all five recordings for good, plus the replay of the Q4 Money Map, which is the live 75-minute planning session I ran on the 20th where we built out the last quarter of the year. You also get the Closed Door Playbook, searchable transcripts, and a one-page takeaway for every panel.
