Traffic isn’t an afterthought, it’s the fuel, kinda like the gas for your car.

You could have the most beautifully designed landing pages and irresistible offer…

But without consistent traffic flowing through, you’ll never collect the data you need to optimize (or see any substantial results).

Want your funnel to convert? Start here:

  • Pick 1-2 primary traffic channels (email swaps, paid ads, summit speaking, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.) and go all in.
  • Create a content-to-funnel bridge (a simple CTA in your video, presentation, or podcast).
  • Measure click-throughs and cost per lead, not just conversions.

Your funnel isn’t failing. It’s just lonely.

Start with your Signature Offer — the product that all roads lead to. Everything else in your funnel, from your lead magnet to your tripwire to your upsell, should support and point directly to that core transformation.

Here’s how to start mapping your funnel the right way:

🧭 Step 1: Define Your Signature Offer

This is your high-impact, results-driven offer (course, membership, coaching program, etc.).

Ask: What transformation does this offer create and who is it perfect for?

🎯 Step 2: Reverse Engineer Your Funnel

Now ask:

  • What would someone need to believe or do before they’re ready to buy my Signature Offer?
  • What can I give them as a quick win (tripwire)?
  • What tool or template would they say yes to before even getting to that (order bump)?
  • What free resource would start the journey?

🧩 Step 3: Sketch Your Funnel Path

→ Lead Magnet → Low-Ticket Tripwire → Order Bump → Core Signature Offer

Optionally add:

→ Upsell (fast track) or Downsell (starter version)
